Collaborative governance

Our governance model is designed for shared leadership and accountability. We make decisions through open dialogue and consensus-building, informed by grantee feedback and insights from the field. See more details about our executive committee and advisory board on our Team and Leadership page.

The Executive Committee sets strategic direction and grantmaking priorities.

The Advisory Board’s wide expertise informs programs, partnerships, and grantee support.

The Fund Manager leads operations, develops strategy and grantmaking approach in collaboration with the Executive Committee and Advisory Board, convenes partners, and ensures alignment between funders, grantees, and state government.
